How the online request works

Submit accurate civil-record information and receive status updates from the Registry Office.

Create a verified account

Register using an active email, barangay, mobile number, and voter certificate or valid ID. Wait for administrator approval.

Submit a new request

Choose Birth, Marriage, or Death, complete the civil-record information, and upload a valid ID.

Staff verification

Registry Office staff review your request. Approved records become official; rejected requests include a reason.

Pickup notification

You receive an SMS when the approved document is ready. Bring a valid ID and claim it at the Registry Office.
